Starting August 6, 2025, to ensure that all our customers are heard, we’re introducing “Concerned Wednesdays.” On these special Wednesdays, from 9 AM to 12 PM, you can drop by 3600 West 3rd Avenue to chat with a GSD Team Member about any questions or concerns you may have about your account. We’re here for you!
We’re also thrilled to welcome Janelle Carter as the new manager of the Customer Service Department! With 18 years of experience at GSD, Janelle is passionate about improving our service and being more transparent with you. She’s looking forward to connecting with you, and we encourage you to meet with her on “Concerned Wednesdays” or reach out during our regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
